• Payment for your stay must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified in your reservation confirmation.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your check-in date to avoid incurring a cancellation fee.
• For cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in, the first night’s stay will be charged as a cancellation fee. We encourage you to review your travel plans carefully.

4. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in time begins at 2:00 PM, and check-out time is by 11:00 AM. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these times to allow us to prepare for our next guests.
• Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner during their stay. This includes adhering to house rules and being considerate of other guests.
• Any damage to property, whether intentional or accidental, will be the responsibility of the guest, and appropriate charges will be applied. Guests may be asked to vacate the premises without a refund for violating house rules or causing disturbances.

Rock House Unawatuna Guest House is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred by guests or their belongings during their stay. This includes personal items left unattended in guest rooms or common areas. Guests are encouraged to take care of their valuables and utilize in-room safes where available.
